Account Manager – EMEA (Travel Required)

About the role

Pacvue is seeking an Account Manager for Enterprise Partnerships to support a portfolio of European agency clients. Based in Germany, you will work across multiple European markets, helping agencies leverage Pacvue’s commerce operating system to drive success on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agency clients, maintaining strong relationships across markets and cultures.
• Provide guidance on e‑commerce best practices, platform usage, and regional marketplace nuances.
• Review client data, identify insights, and support senior team members in delivering strategic recommendations.
• Participate in internal and client meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
• Identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities and document them for senior colleagues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Track and report on client performance, gathering data and delivering basic insights across multiple marketplaces.

Required profile

• Based in Germany and willing to travel across Europe as needed.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, international environment.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
