Account Manager – SaaS Customer Success

About the role

Join Moss' Customer Success team as an Account Manager, driving SaaS revenue growth through proactive engagement with finance professionals. You will use data insights to identify upsell opportunities, mitigate churn, and help customers unlock the full value of the spend‑management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture scalable relationships with clients, understanding their finance goals and guiding them to activate all spend‑management features.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities by aligning product capabilities with customer needs.
• Measure success using KPIs such as spend engagement, SaaS uplift, and renewals, and provide data‑driven insights.
• Act as a product ambassador, gathering client feedback and advising internal teams on current and future features.
• Design and improve client journey touchpoints to increase satisfaction and long‑term retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a proactive, commercial‑centric role, preferably B2B.
• Track record of upselling products or features to existing clients.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
