Accountant – Purchase to Pay (AP)

About the role

As part of AUTODOC’s Finance team, the Accountant – Purchase to Pay will manage the end‑to‑end processing of supplier invoices and related accounting documents. Working with SAP, you will ensure accurate posting, vendor reconciliations and support month‑end and year‑end closing activities while collaborating with logistics, procurement and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, review and post incoming invoices and primary accounting documents in SAP.
• Perform monthly vendor account reconciliations.
• Communicate with suppliers and coordinate with internal Invoice Verification teams in Logistics, Procurement and IT.
• Support month‑end closing tasks and assist with year‑end audit preparation.
• Participate in automation and AI initiatives to optimise P2P workflows.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related vocational training.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Accounting or Procurement, preferably in Accounts Payable.
• Strong interest in finance processes and willingness to work in a fast‑growing e‑commerce environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Basic to good experience with ERP software.
