Accountant – Purchase to Pay (m/f/d)

About the role

As a leading e‑commerce platform in the automotive aftermarket, AUTODOC is expanding rapidly across Europe. The Accountant – Purchase to Pay will join the Finance team to ensure accurate processing of invoices, maintain vendor relationships, and support month‑end and year‑end financial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, review and post incoming invoices and primary accounting documents in SAP.
• Perform monthly vendor account reconciliations.
• Communicate with suppliers and collaborate with internal teams such as Logistics, Procurement and IT.
• Support month‑end closing activities and assist with year‑end audits.
• Participate in automation and AI projects aimed at optimizing P2P workflows.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related vocational training.
• Minimum two years of experience in accounting, accounts payable or procurement (including internships).
• Strong interest in accounts payable processes and financial accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
