About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of a hotel. You will act as the bridge between the hotel management team and the Head Office Controlling department, ensuring smooth back‑office and accounting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage digital invoice processing, including booking and payment runs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly statistics and reports for the hotel.
- Handle general office organisation, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Support the hotel team with optimal back‑office administration and accounting functions.
- Serve as a liaison between hotel management and Head Office Controlling, ensuring compliance with controlling standards.
Required profile
- Commercial or hotel industry apprenticeship, or relevant accounting experience.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a strong focus on quality.
- Confident communicator with strong verbal skills in German and English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach.
- Team‑spirit and willingness to support cross‑departmental tasks.
