Aircraft Interior Technician – Business & First Class Modifications

About the role

Vartan is expanding its specialist aircraft interiors team and seeks experienced Aircraft Interior Technicians to support Lufthansa Business and First‑Class seat modification programmes on long‑range aircraft. The role involves hands‑on work on premium cabin upgrades at Lufthansa bases in Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Business and First‑Class seat modifications on long‑range aircraft.
• Carry out aircraft interior maintenance and fitting tasks.
• Collaborate with on‑site Lufthansa teams in Frankfurt and Hamburg.
• Support maintenance operations as required, including shift work aligned with airline schedules.
• Travel with the team to assigned projects, with travel and accommodation arranged by Vartan.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Interior Mechanic (seat experience preferred).
• Valid ZUP clearance is essential.
• Fluent English; German language skills are beneficial.
• Based in Hamburg or willing to relocate; flexible approach to shifts and airline schedules.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
