About the role

CSL Plasma is seeking a qualified physician to join its plasma donation center in Cologne. The position can be full‑time or part‑time, with flexible scheduling and no night or on‑call duties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct donor eligibility examinations and assess medical suitability for plasma donation.
• Inform prospective donors about the donation process, potential health risks, and answer medical questions.
• Provide medical supervision during the plasma donation procedure, ensuring donor safety.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Licensed physician (approbated) with a valid medical license.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork orientation, and willingness to work in a donor‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented, goal‑driven work style.
• Experience with computer systems (EDV) is desirable.
