Associate Counsel – Real Estate & Infrastructure Transactions

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Counsel to support the expansion of innovative real estate and infrastructure transactions across European markets. Based in Germany, you will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, advising senior leadership and operational teams on commercial and corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist strategic growth initiatives and oversee complex deal structures.
• Provide legal guidance on commercial real estate, ground‑lease aggregation, renewable energy, wireless telecom and other infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with external counsel, manage portfolio risk and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, negotiate and review contracts, leases and related documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including operations, pricing and management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a commercial real estate lawyer (law firm, in‑house or mixed).
• Qualified to practice law in an EU member state and authorized to work in the EU (preference for Spain‑based candidates).
• Proven ability to handle complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European language highly valued.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and drafting capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and Salesforce (or similar collaboration tools).
