Associate Web Developer

About the role

Braun Management is looking for an Associate Web Developer to maintain and enhance the technical systems that support its organizational analysis tools. This entry‑level position focuses on building internal tools and data interfaces that enable consultants to deliver clear, evidence‑based reports to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Transform design mockups and structured data into clean, functional frontend code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Update and maintain internal documentation to record every software change.
• Assist in debugging client‑facing assessment tools, reducing technical friction for users.
• Build responsive layouts that allow consultants to present data effectively across devices.
• Gather feedback from the consulting team to improve usability of reporting dashboards.
• Participate in regular code reviews to ensure repository quality and clarity.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, vanilla JavaScript).
• Ability to write clear, well‑structured code that is easy for other developers to read.
• Familiarity with a modern frontend framework such as React or Vue, gained through personal projects or coursework.
• Strong written communication skills.
