AV & Microsoft Teams Room Installation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for two experienced engineers to perform a full‑day on‑site installation for the Germany TCL Project in Frankfurt. The assignment focuses on setting up conference‑room AV equipment and configuring Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) to deliver a ready‑to‑use collaboration space.

Key responsibilities

• Mount and install the TV, perform alignment checks and basic functionality testing.
• Install Poly V12 or V52 devices above or below the TV, connect power and network cables.
• Securely install an HP Mini PC behind the TV and organise all cables.
• Route and label cables from the display area to the conference table, ensuring proper dressing and management.
• Configure the Microsoft Teams Room system, validate audio, video, microphone, speaker and screen‑sharing functions.
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing and coordinate a client walkthrough for final sign‑off.

Required profile

• Proven experience with AV device installation and conference‑room setup.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems.
• Familiarity with TV mounting, cable routing and AV troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with remote technical teams during implementation.
