Business Consultant – German‑speaking IT Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Business Consultant to lead complex IT implementations for our clients. You will combine strong IT consulting experience with excellent stakeholder management to ensure successful go‑lives, long‑term adoption, and measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of enterprise software solutions across multiple business units.
• Act as the primary trusted advisor during implementation and post‑go‑live phases.
• Define scope, processes, interfaces and milestones together with the client.
• Translate business requirements into clear IT and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and calls with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to deliver on time, in full and within budget.
• Support system configuration, user setup and data migration activities.
• Deliver Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to ensure client self‑sufficiency.
• Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain post‑go‑live engagement to resolve issues and maximize ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation or ERP implementation.
• Professional fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• University Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience leading or contributing to enterprise software or ERP projects.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
