Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join Unframe’s sales team in Berlin. The role is fully outbound, focusing on generating new enterprise opportunities for our AI‑first SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new enterprise prospects through cold calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the account executives.
• Research target accounts and tailor messaging to decision‑makers.
• Log activities and results in the CRM, continuously refining outreach scripts.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of outbound sales experience (BDR/SDR), preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in cold‑calling and prospecting.
• Fluent in English and French; additional language (Spanish or Italian) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI, data, or enterprise‑technology sales is a bonus.
