CNC Setup Operator – Plant Hemer

About the role

Grohe AG is seeking a full‑time CNC Setup Operator for its plant in Hemer, Germany. The role involves setting up and maintaining CNC machining equipment to ensure smooth production.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and tool CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, robots, Zippel washing systems, and leak testing systems.
• Maintain production quality, delivery costs, and on‑time delivery while performing preventive maintenance.
• Train employees on production machines and approve processes with quality, safety, and environmental considerations.
• Identify production disruptions and initiate corrective measures such as tool changes.
• Participate in process optimisation, including flow, tool, and program improvements.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in a recognised metalworking profession (e.g., cutting machine operator or toolmaker) with at least three years of experience.
• Good German language skills.
• Resilience, teamwork, and strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to work in a multi‑shift operation.
