Conversational Designer for AI Chatbot

About the role

Allianz Direct is looking for a Conversational Designer to elevate its Voice‑ and ChatBot “Elisa”. You will shape intuitive, human‑like interactions that support the company’s digital‑by‑default strategy and customer‑obsessed service model.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise conversational experiences across voice and chat channels.
• Create modular, scalable dialog flows and use cases that can be reused across products, countries and languages.
• Continuously improve NLU performance, flow structure and overall user experience based on data and feedback.
• Define product vision for conversational services in P&C insurance and prioritize impact‑driven use cases.
• Set and monitor KPIs such as containment rate, CSAT and task completion, and derive optimisation measures.
• Collaborate with operational units, tribe leads and development teams within a cross‑functional Scrum environment.

Required profile

• Strong linguistic and UX sensibility combined with technical understanding.
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on empathy, simplicity and measurable impact.
