Creative Producer & Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer who will act as a project manager for our Berlin‑based creative team. You will streamline the production workflow, enabling designers, filmmakers, writers and other creators to deliver high‑impact content for our Juniper weight‑management programme at speed and scale.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate creative briefs and manage the traffic of content requests across design, video and AI teams.
• Support pre‑production logistics for shoots, including studio booking, equipment sourcing, location scouting, travel arrangements and quote collection.
• Maintain ownership of the project‑management system and oversee licensing for design, video and AI tools.
• Organise post‑production assets, enforce consistent file‑naming conventions and keep the digital asset management (DAM) repository up‑to‑date.
• Provide external editors and partners with the necessary files and documentation.
• Collaborate with creative, content, growth and people teams to deliver integrated campaigns, internal communications and key announcements.

Required profile

• Strong organisational talent with a passion for turning chaotic processes into efficient workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally with creative and non‑creative stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented mindset, especially regarding asset management and file‑naming standards.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate production needs and act quickly.

Required skills

• Experience with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
• Understanding of video and image production pipelines.
