Creative Project Manager (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Creative Project Manager to join our Growth Creative Team. You will coordinate and drive multi‑media projects—from acquisition ads to product launches—ensuring high‑quality creative output for a fast‑moving crypto and fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management, from ideation to execution, delivering creative assets on time.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, set clear goals, and communicate expectations to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with channel managers, acquisitions, CRM, partnerships and other growth teams to align projects with strategic objectives.
• Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve team efficiency.
• Manage a roster of external vendors and act as the gatekeeper for creative resources.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and file management.
• Coordinate with global teams across different time zones as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, media, business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of project‑management experience in a creative or growth‑focused environment.
• Strong multitasking ability and data‑driven mindset for analyzing campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional creative teams.
• Agile approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Airtable for task allocation and resource management.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience using Figma for design collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI tools, crypto, fintech or NFT spaces is a plus.
