Customer Onboarding Specialist (Remote, EMEA)

About the role

Hostaway is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join its fully remote EMEA team. You will guide new vacation‑rental operators through their first experience with our AI‑powered SaaS platform, ensuring a smooth transition and early success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute onboarding processes for new customers, delivering tailored training sessions and product demos.
• Create bilingual onboarding materials in French and English.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the onboarding journey, acting as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking clients.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑success teams to identify improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Track onboarding metrics, gather feedback, and report on effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success within a SaaS environment.
• C2‑level fluency in French and professional proficiency in English (company language).
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑volume onboarding projects with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities.
