Customer Service Representative – International Support

About the role
This position focuses on after‑sales support for a global manufacturing company. You will act as a key liaison between international customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Build trust‑based partnerships with customers and internal colleagues across regions.
- Communicate updates, manage expectations, and propose suitable solutions.
- Review backlogs and forecasts to help customers meet operational goals.
- Coordinate special shipping arrangements with manufacturing, freight forwarders, and warehouses.
- Collaborate with Sales, Global Planning, production plants, and worldwide warehouses to ensure order success.
- Own the end‑to‑end process, gather feedback, analyse cases, and identify improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service, order management, or a similar B2B environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Structured, organized work style with a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
