About the role

Mercor is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support its AI research lab partners. This remote, contract position involves reviewing domain‑specific documents, providing structured feedback, and contributing analytical insights to high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess domain‑specific documents for quality, accuracy, and relevance.

• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant domain.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Eligibility to work from the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, or Canada.
