Customer Success Manager (French)

About the role

NinjaOne is looking for a bilingual French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to join its fast‑growing team in Berlin. You will act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic customers, helping them adopt the platform, expand usage, and achieve their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a predefined group of NinjaOne’s largest and most important customers, building strong relationships from support agents to C‑level executives.
• Analyze product usage data to drive adoption, reduce churn, and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Serve as the single point of contact, guiding customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success.
• Document activities, forecast opportunities, and communicate updates using Salesforce.
• Collaborate regularly with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, and Professional Services teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, preferably in SaaS or IT services.
• Exceptional consultative and communication skills, with the ability to listen, inspire, and overcome objections.
• Resilient, calm under pressure, and able to manage escalations effectively.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Analytical mindset, organized workflow, and a passion for partnership and collaboration.
