Delivery Director

About the role

As the Delivery Director for Switzerland & Germany, you will shape and execute the delivery strategy across the region, ensuring that client engagements meet business, quality, and financial targets. You will work closely with Consulting, Practices, Sales, and Finance to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery strategy and operational performance for the territory.
• Oversee and support Delivery Managers, enforcing delivery standards.
• Align staffing and capacity planning with business needs.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve delivery excellence at scale.
• Travel regularly to Berlin, Vevey and Bern offices.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in managing complex delivery teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, performance‑driven and able to make decisions under pressure.
• Awareness of AI applications in the enterprise.
• Experience with business development and client‑facing activities.
