Digital Marketing Project Manager – Advisors & Consulting (German)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead Marketing Services projects for its Advisors & Consulting division in Germany. The role combines data‑driven marketing execution with client‑facing responsibilities, supporting both internal sales teams and external issuers and merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with Mastercard sales teams to secure and grow digital marketing project opportunities.
• Oversee large client accounts, manage marketing budgets and ensure financial performance.
• Implement marketing automation, data‑driven digital campaigns and card‑lifecycle initiatives across acquisition, activation, usage and cross‑sell.
• Analyze campaign results using advanced analytics to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing projects.
• Experience handling large client accounts and marketing budgets.
• Comfort with rigorous, advanced analytics and data‑driven decision making.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends.
