Director of Growth (Leadership & Experimentation)

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Growth to define and execute our growth strategy at femtasy, the first streaming platform for sensual audio stories and sounds for women. Reporting directly to the founder and CEO, you will shape the way we think about acquisition, activation, retention, monetization and re‑activation while staying hands‑on.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to identify strategic growth opportunities and validate assumptions through data‑driven experiments.
• Design, run and analyse growth experiments across the full funnel, iterating quickly based on results.
• Prioritise and scale the highest‑leverage growth loops, driving ARR and EBITDA acceleration.
• Lead, coach and expand a small team of 3‑5 growth professionals while contributing personally to key initiatives.
• Build a repeatable, rigorous growth system that feeds insights back into the next testing cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth functions in fast‑moving digital or media companies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Hands‑on player‑coach attitude, comfortable both managing a team and executing tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
