About the role
Highsnobiety’s creative agency HS+ is seeking a Director of Influencer Relations & Casting to lead its EU talent management team from the Berlin office. Reporting to the VP of Creative Production, you will shape the global talent offering and drive culturally resonant campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for influencer and talent management across Europe and globally.
- Mentor and manage the EU talent managers, ensuring excellence in talent‑led campaigns and client relationships.
- Build and maintain a robust network of influencers, creators, artists, models, agents, agencies, publicists and managers.
- Lead multi‑channel activations featuring international talent, measuring cultural impact and growth.
- Stay ahead of emerging platforms and trends, applying data‑driven insights to optimise performance.
- Collaborate with strategy teams to integrate talent initiatives into broader creative campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts with tier‑1 talent and secure favourable terms with agencies and partners.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in talent relations, influencer marketing, public relations or community‑based brand building.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and develop long‑term strategic visions.
- Track record of delivering impactful multi‑channel activations with international talent.
- Deep knowledge and network within fashion, music, art and design cultures.
- Digital‑native mindset with strong data‑driven decision making.
- Experience managing influencer marketing budgets and financial oversight.
- Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and campaign optimisation.
