Director, Organizational Performance

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Director of Organizational Performance to join its People Development & Performance team. In this senior role you will partner with senior leaders across the company to shape and execute performance management and talent strategies that support Agoda’s global vision.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior departmental leaders and People Team partners (HRBPs, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) to understand business strategy and organizational context.
• Design, implement, and manage performance calibration, talent review, performance review, and succession planning platforms and cycles.
• Analyze performance, organizational structure, and talent movement data to identify issues and recommend practical improvements.
• Drive programs that strengthen how Agoda measures and assesses organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with project teams across departments to ensure alignment of talent identification and succession planning initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders on performance and talent management initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret organizational data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience designing and scaling performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work across People functions and business units.
