About the role
TeamViewer is looking for a Distribution Account Manager to lead the growth of its SMB and mid‑market business across French‑speaking regions through distributors and long‑tail partners. This high‑volume, execution‑focused position will drive scalable revenue, ensure operational excellence, and boost partner productivity within a broad ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Own and expand the distribution‑led SMB and mid‑market portfolio, delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Manage order processing, renewals, and churn reduction through distribution partners.
- Drive upsell and cross‑sell initiatives to increase product adoption and revenue per customer.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to strengthen regional coverage.
- Collaborate with partners to enter new market segments and regions.
- Provide product training, certifications, and continuous updates on features and value propositions.
- Support the design and refinement of channel programs, policies, and automation of onboarding, renewals, reporting, and partner engagement.
- Work closely with Inside Sales, CAMs, Marketing, and Solution Engineering to execute joint go‑to‑market strategies.
Required profile
- 5–10+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management within the software/SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of IT distribution models, SMB business, and indirect sales via resellers.
- Proven track record of driving renewals, retention, and revenue growth in an SMB context.
- Experience working with distributors, VARs, and MSP ecosystems.
- Ability to thrive in highly scalable, process‑driven environments and manage long‑tail partner networks.
