Energy Storage Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Energy Storage Project Manager to lead on‑site commissioning, grid connection and delivery acceptance of battery storage projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical execution, after‑sales support and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site execution of energy storage projects, overseeing commissioning and acceptance phases.
• Develop and implement service plans covering commissioning, grid connection, delivery acceptance, training and related activities.
• Document technical issues, solutions and after‑sales data reviews.
• Coordinate with sales, customers, technical teams and on‑site personnel to resolve commissioning challenges.
• Liaise with domestic project managers, production, quality, project and after‑sales departments to address site failures.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in electrical or electromechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of overseas experience managing energy storage projects to successful commercial completion.
• Strong English listening, reading and writing abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, demonstrate passion and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• PMP certification (preferred).
