Enterprise Sales Manager – Benelux (With French)

About the role

The Enterprise Sales Manager will drive new‑business sales for Elavon’s Retail vertical across the Benelux region, focusing on large enterprise merchants in Belgium. Working as an individual contributor, you will leverage the newly formed partnership with Bancontact to expand Elavon’s retail footprint and deliver high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new enterprise merchant opportunities in Belgium, communicating Elavon’s value proposition.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to hand‑off to relationship managers—while meeting pipeline and revenue targets.
• Navigate complex sales processes and negotiate high‑value contracts with senior executives.
• Build and maintain a referral network to generate additional business wins.
• Collaborate closely with relationship managers and the partnership team to explore expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Travel throughout Belgium and Luxembourg as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong networking abilities and a track record of closing large‑scale deals.
• Deep understanding of the Belgian payments landscape and competitive environment.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
