Executive Vice President, Global Head of Quality

About the role

Evotec SE is seeking an Executive Vice President to lead its global Quality function across Drug Discovery and Drug Development. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will shape a modern, commercially impactful Quality organization that supports the company’s growth strategy under Project Horizon.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global Quality strategy for discovery and development sites in Europe and the USA.
• Lead large‑scale transformation of systems, structures, processes, and capabilities.
• Position Quality as a differentiator in client partnerships, business development, and strategic growth.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with pharma, biotech, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure world‑class GXP compliance while driving agility and scalability.
• Lead an international Quality team across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and the USA.

Required profile

• Significant senior leadership experience in a CRO, biotech or pharma environment.
• Proven track record of leading transformation in global, matrixed, multi‑site organisations.
• Deep expertise in GXP environments, including GLP, GCP and GMP.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to position Quality as a business enabler.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at the executive level.
• Experience leading large international teams through change and growth.
