Fit-Out Operative – Office Fit-Out Project

About the role

We are seeking skilled Fit‑Out Operatives to join a major office fit‑out project in Cologne. The role involves delivering high‑quality commercial interiors on‑site, working closely with the site team to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out fit‑out activities such as partitioning, ceiling and flooring installation, and general interior works.
• Assist with the installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E).
• Interpret construction drawings and follow technical instructions to ensure accurate installation.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager, supervisors and subcontractors to maintain productivity.
• Meet project deadlines and quality standards while adapting to tasks across different project stages.

Required profile

• Proven experience in office fit‑out, interiors or construction environments.
• Ability to perform hands‑on installation work.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings.
