Fleet Operations Support Assistant (3‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, autonomous professional to support our fleet administration and operational tasks on a temporary basis. The role focuses on monitoring Total Loss vehicles, managing documentation, and coordinating sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Track and update the Total Loss monitoring file to ensure data accuracy.
• Request and collect documentation from operational partners to prepare vehicles for sale.
• List and manage vehicles on auction platforms (Auto1).
• Coordinate invoice creation with Accounting and send invoices to buyers.
• Monitor buyer payments and facilitate final handover of Total Loss vehicles.
• Request expert technical reports for the Claims team as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (mandatory) and professional English.
• Strong autonomy, excellent organizational capabilities, and sharp attention to detail.
• Quick learner able to adapt to fast‑paced operational workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
