Fleet Supervisor – Frankfurt

About the role

ATC, a specialist in data‑center logistics, is looking for a Fleet Supervisor to oversee its HGV and truck fleet at the Morfelden‑Walldorf site near Frankfurt. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient and compliant fleet operations while supporting the company’s technical services for data‑center projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily schedules for HGVs and trucks to meet operational demands.
• Monitor vehicle availability, fuel consumption, driver activity and movement.
• Supervise drivers, enforce company policies and verify licence validity.
• Arrange regular maintenance, repairs and ensure vehicles meet safety, legal and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, insurance, registrations and other fleet documentation.
• Track and analyse costs (fuel, maintenance, repairs) and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare reports, update fleet data and use tracking systems to monitor performance.
• Support audits and maintain a safe, clean and secure working environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of operational experience managing HGV/truck fleets in a logistics environment.
• Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Right to work in the EU/EEA (no visa sponsorship).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
