Footwear Designer (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Footwear Designer to lead the creation of new shoe collections from concept to final product. You will work closely with development, marketing and production teams to ensure that each design balances aesthetics, functionality and user‑friendliness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative product designs, from initial sketches to finished footwear.
• Co‑design and implement designs as part of a major product range expansion.
• Collaborate with development, marketing and production to optimise products.
• Research current design trends and market requirements for continuous improvement.
• Create technical drawings, 3D models and prototypes.
• Integrate sustainable materials and new design ideas based on trend analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production partners to ensure quality and feasibility.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Completed degree or training in product design, industrial design, fashion design or a related field.
• Creativity and strong sense of shape, colour and material.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Structured, independent working style.
