Founding Engineer

About the role

Logistica OS is looking for a Founding Engineer to help build an AI‑driven operating system that tackles core logistics challenges such as pallet management and delivery. You will join a small, high‑energy team and have the chance to shape the product from the ground up while working on cutting‑edge automation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions that improve operational efficiency in logistics.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teammates to translate user needs into robust system architectures.
• Lead the creation and deployment of AI agents that automate repetitive tasks, increase visibility, and optimise margins.
• Conduct thorough testing, validation, and performance tuning of all software components.
• Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices within the engineering team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a project that utilized Self‑Improving Agentic flows, with a verifiable reference.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, preferably in logistics or technology.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
