Founding Full‑Stack Engineer – AI Infrastructure Startup

About the role

Join an early‑stage, VC‑backed AI infrastructure startup as a founding full‑stack engineer. You will work directly with the founders to shape an AI‑native operating system that transforms scattered project knowledge into actionable workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture and make product decisions from day one.
• Build AI‑native workflow software that operates through automation, alerts, and delegated execution.
• Develop backend services using TypeScript, Next.js, Vercel, and Supabase (PostgreSQL with vector search).
• Create frontend experiences that handle streamed AI outputs, tool execution traces, partial renders, interruptions, and recovery flows.
• Collaborate with customers to understand operational workflows and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering ability with excellent product instincts.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and translating pain points into features.
• Fast execution mindset without sacrificing reliability.
• Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguous, greenfield environments.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
