Full-Stack Developer – Creatio CRM Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Developer with deep expertise in the Creatio platform to design, build, and enhance enterprise‑grade CRM solutions for a B2B environment in Germany. You will work across the entire technology stack, from C# backend logic to TypeScript/Angular front‑end interfaces, delivering end‑to‑end features that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize a B2B CRM platform on the Creatio ecosystem, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Implement backend business logic using C# while leveraging Creatio architecture.
• Build responsive UI components with TypeScript and Angular (Freedom UI).
• Configure and extend Creatio objects, processes, and UI components.
• Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with external systems, handling data mapping and errors.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain custom Creatio packages and ensure system consistency.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems and workflows.
• Document technical solutions and support deployment/release processes.
• Debug and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and integration layers.

Required profile

• Strong experience with C#, object‑oriented programming, and SOLID principles.
• Hands‑on experience with TypeScript and Angular (v18 or equivalent).
• Practical experience developing on the Creatio platform, including objects, processes, and packages.
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end features in a full‑stack environment.
• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP API design and integration.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Ability to debug complex issues across multiple application layers.
