German Business Development Executive – Sales & BD

About the role

Fluorochem Ltd is seeking a motivated German Business Development Executive to expand its commercial presence across Germany. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, promoting a broad portfolio of research chemicals, custom synthesis, and CRO/CDMO services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the German market.
• Identify, target and acquire new customers in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic and industrial sectors.
• Generate sales for catalogue products, custom synthesis, and contract research/manufacturing services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals.
• Attend industry exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings across Germany and Europe.
• Collaborate with internal scientific and commercial teams to provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide forecasting and market intelligence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent German language skills.
