Group Controller & Finance Business Partner

About the role

Skyborn Renewables is seeking a Group Controller / Finance Business Partner to help shape a fully integrated, forward‑looking financial steering model. Based in Hamburg, you will work at the intersection of accounting, controlling and cash‑flow, turning complex data into actionable insights for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve an integrated financial steering model covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Translate accounting data into management‑level insights and support group‑wide decision‑making.
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of consolidation and planning tools such as Lucanet.
• Develop a three‑statement integrated planning model and embed indirect cash‑flow logic.
• Analyse performance up to EBT/Net Income, bridging operational and financial perspectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between Controlling, Accounting and Asset Management to ensure data consistency.
• Structure complex data environments and build scalable finance processes.
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses, business cases and management presentations in a dynamic setting.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Group Controlling, FP&A, Transaction Advisory, Audit or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Required skills

• Experience with Lucanet or comparable consolidation/planning tools.
