Head of Marketing – Neuromodulation (Northern Europe)

About the role

This senior leadership position drives the marketing strategy for neuromodulation therapies across Northern Europe. You will shape a centralized, therapy‑focused model, translating clinical evidence into market‑ready value propositions that accelerate adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional neuromodulation marketing strategy, aligning with global priorities and delivering growth.
• Build, manage and develop multi‑country marketing teams covering product, clinical and strategic execution.
• Plan and execute product and therapy launches, ensuring compliant and compelling messaging.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory and Reimbursement functions to support market access and revenue targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and represent the company at congresses and industry events.
• Maintain consistent execution of global brand and therapy strategy while upholding compliance, ethics and quality standards.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of medical‑device marketing experience, including implantable devices (cardio, neuromodulation, neuro, etc.).
• Proven leadership of multi‑country or regional marketing teams in complex, regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of clinical pathways, evidence‑based marketing and reimbursement frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
• Pharma‑only backgrounds are not suitable.
