Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our multinational team in Munich. The role will support HR Business Partners and senior leaders by providing expert advice on change management, performance improvement and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on change initiatives and performance improvement strategies.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on complex employee issues.
• Ensure compliance with EMEA employment legislation across all HR processes.
• Manage and improve HR processes in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment law.
• Proven experience consulting on complex employee issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR processes independently.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
