Industrialization Engineer (All Gender)

About the role

As an Industrialization Engineer you will support the maintenance, MRO and technical implementation activities for military transport aircraft, primarily the A400M. You will work closely with engineering, maintenance, quality and production teams to bring technical measures from documentation into operational use.

Key responsibilities

• Support the industrialization of technical measures derived from maintenance and change documentation during flight operations.
• Analyse technical documentation and drawings to define implementation and introduction actions.
• Coordinate technical topics with engineering, maintenance, quality and production departments.
• Introduce measures into existing processes while ensuring technical conformity and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to workflow, process and technical standard optimisation within MRO environments.
• Assist in fault analysis, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed degree in aerospace, mechanical, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field.
• Initial professional experience in maintenance, MRO, production or technical implementation in the aviation sector, preferably with exposure to military programmes such as the A400M.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to read and assess technical drawings and documentation.
• Experience with technical changes, modifications or maintenance activities.
• Good English skills; Spanish is a plus.
