Influencer Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Assistant to support high‑impact influencer campaigns for a fast‑scaling AI‑driven health and wellness app. The role focuses on outreach, early‑stage negotiations, and coordination of multiple activations across the US and UK markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initial outreach to influencers, presenting collaboration opportunities and managing early‑stage communication and negotiations around deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
• Coordinate influencer scouts, ensuring they identify high‑quality creators aligned with campaign objectives and provide structured feedback.
• Screen and evaluate influencer profiles based on audience authenticity, engagement quality, content relevance, and platform fit.
• Support the execution of multiple concurrent influencer campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
• Contribute to reporting by summarizing campaign performance, outreach effectiveness, and influencer response metrics for marketing leadership.
• Maintain organized tracking of influencer pipelines, communication status, and campaign progress across different markets.
• Support continuous improvement of outreach processes, influencer selection criteria, and campaign execution workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, including outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution, preferably in US and UK markets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with creators.
• Data‑oriented mindset with the ability to analyze engagement metrics and evaluate influencer quality.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, energetic, and adaptable attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience or familiarity with health & wellness products and creator ecosystems is a strong advantage.
