Integrated Designer – 18‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Join OLIVER’s dynamic team in Hamburg as an Integrated Designer on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be responsible for turning client briefs into high‑impact digital, print and social media assets, supporting a portfolio of brands across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to design and adapt concepts for digital, print and social channels from brief to final delivery.
• Provide creative input to clients and pitch new concepts when appropriate.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring strict compliance with brand standards.
• Present and communicate design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback.
• Repurpose, reformat and ideate new content to keep brand communications fresh.
• Lead entrepreneurial initiatives in creative development and output.
• Monitor industry trends, AI developments and branding innovations to stay at the forefront of creative excellence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project‑management skills.
• Deliver final artwork and toolkits for both digital and print media.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital media, motion graphics, web design, print production and automation/AI.
• Experience with large‑scale FMCG projects, preferably in beauty or fashion.
• Proven ability to work across multiple channels such as TV, DOOH, press, direct marketing, display and social media.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and the capacity to handle several projects concurrently.
