IT Onsite Support – Level 1 Support Specialist

About the role

Amaris Consulting is looking for a Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join its on‑site team. You will be the first point of contact for internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and the proper lifecycle management of hardware and software assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level user support on‑site across the organization.
• Maintain and troubleshoot workplace hardware throughout its lifecycle.
• Perform hands‑on maintenance in the data centre on network, unified communications, telecom and other back‑end equipment.
• Support common applications such as Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with IT subject‑matter experts to resolve incidents and fulfil service requests.
• Use ServiceNow for ticket management and documentation.
• Stage and deploy iPhones, manage advanced Zoom configurations for hybrid setups, and operate Cisco Unified Communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support within a large, international corporate environment.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware lifecycle, data‑centre equipment, and application support (Windows, MS 365).
• Strong ability to liaise with various IT specialists.
• Excellent command of English; German language skills are a plus.
