IT Operations & Support Working Student

About the role

Join DataGuard as a Working Student in IT Operations & Support. You will be directly involved in keeping the company’s IT environment running smoothly while gaining hands‑on experience with modern cloud‑first tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level IT support and resolve day‑to‑day issues across devices, tools, and access.
• Set up laptops, user accounts, and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Manage user accounts and access rights in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Track and maintain IT equipment, ensuring it is up‑to‑date and ready for use.
• Maintain meeting rooms and related setups, stepping in when technical problems arise.

Required profile

• Currently studying IT, computer science, or a related field (or strong practical interest).
• Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, or similar operating systems.
• Highly proactive, hands‑on attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
• Comfortable troubleshooting independently and solving problems quickly.
