Junior Designer & Art Director

About the role

ABOUT YOU is looking for a creative Junior Designer & Art Director to help shape its brand identity across fashion‑focused e‑commerce channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring fresh visual concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand identities, including comprehensive visual guidelines.
• Create campaign concepts and seasonal visual directions.
• Provide art direction for photoshoots and events, delivering mood boards, styling references and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product and content teams as well as external agencies.
• Ensure consistent brand standards across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in design or art direction, preferably in fashion, lifestyle or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign work or related design projects.
• Good understanding of fashion aesthetics and current trends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience using creative AI tools for image generation, editing or ideation.
