Junior Digital Graphic Designer – E‑Commerce Focus

About the role

CYBEX is looking for a Junior Digital Graphic Designer to create compelling digital assets for its e‑commerce platforms. You will work closely with the Content Team to design landing pages, banners, newsletters and other online touchpoints that drive sales and enhance the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets for product launches, campaigns and advertising.
• Collaborate with the E‑Commerce Content Team to optimise landing pages for conversion.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across all digital materials.
• Resize, retouch and prepare images for web use.
• Prototype landing page concepts and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital design trends and competitor visual strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Early‑career professional with foundational experience in digital graphic design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of UX design and user‑centered design principles.
• Understanding of responsive design for various devices and screen sizes.
