Junior Manager, Marketing Enablement (EMEA)

About the role

The Junior Manager, Marketing Enablement (EMEA) will support the execution of WMG’s marketing enablement strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Platform Enablement, you will ensure regional teams have the tools, platforms and partner services needed to run effective, scalable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the VP in gathering data and insights to shape the global martech strategy and vendor partnerships.
• Partner with the EMEA Strategy & Operations Manager to align regional road‑maps and synchronize enablement initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison for regional marketing teams, escalating issues and facilitating communication with the central team.
• Coordinate rollout, training and adoption of new marketing technology tools across the EMEA region.
• Support project management, deployment and operational maintenance of martech platforms, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Drive change‑management efforts to embed new platforms and best‑practice workflows.

Required profile

• Hands‑on junior marketing professional with operational expertise.
• Experience in a multinational entertainment or media environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to provide data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and platform enablement.
• Project management and rollout coordination experience.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
