Legal Counsel - Corporate & Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Legal Counsel to join our team in Munich, working in a hybrid model. The role focuses on corporate and commercial law matters across our international operations within the EMEA region, providing pragmatic legal guidance to business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate law matters across international operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Support legal risk assessments and deliver practical guidance to business units.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external legal advisors.
• Contribute to the development of legal standards, processes and governance frameworks.
• Support strategic projects, including corporate and business‑related initiatives.
• Help optimise legal processes and adopt modern working methods.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with relevant legal qualifications and professional experience.
• Several years of experience in commercial or corporate law environments.
• Experience handling international contracts and cross‑border legal matters.
• Strong commercial awareness and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Interest in technology‑driven and modern legal working environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, structured working style.
• Fluent in German and English.
