Legal Counsel (French & Spanish Law)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with expertise in French and Spanish law to join our fast‑growing international tech company in Germany. The role will support the expansion of digital mobility services across Europe, providing strategic legal guidance on platform regulation, e‑commerce, consumer protection, and commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Advise business and operational teams on platform regulation, transportation law, consumer protection, and digital services.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, partnership agreements, marketing contracts, and licensing arrangements.
• Manage pre‑litigation and litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
• Support regulatory interactions and respond to governmental inquiries across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with French, Spanish, and EU legal frameworks while enabling scalable growth.
• Develop pragmatic, business‑oriented legal solutions and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience as a qualified lawyer within an EU jurisdiction, either in‑house or in private practice.
• Strong expertise in French law and solid knowledge of Spanish law.
• Background in technology‑driven or high‑growth environments.
• Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice.
